It's an annual creative and educational competition named after the UNs first Secretary-General, the Norwegian Trygve Lie. Deputy Permanent Representative, Ambassador Tine Mørch Smith, presented the 2012 award which was pegged to Rio+20, the UN Conference for Sustainable Development.
