Norwegian UN Ambassador Morten Wetland presented Norway's statement during the thematic debate on results and lessons learned in the Medium Term Strategic Plan focus area 2: Basic Education and gender equality. The debate was part of the first regular session of UNICEF's Executive Board 2011.
