Following the High-Level Event on Sustainable Energy for Least Developed Countries on 23 September 2013, the three Co-chairs have issued a Communiqué, calling for a global goal on sustainable energy for all. Read more

In 2013, 232 million people, or 3, 2 percent of the world’s population were international migrants. Migration poses great opportunities, but also challenges. 3-4 October, The High-level Dialogue on Migration and Development gathered UN member states and civil society to discuss how to make migration work. Pakistan, Norway and Denmark push for international targets on Sustainable Energy for all. Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg, Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the Minister for Development Co-operation of Denmark agreed to continue their engagement with the Sustainable Energy for All initiative when they met on Tuesday.
