Anyone who wishes to express their sympathy is invited to write a message in Norway’s official online book of condolences. It is also possible to sign in person at the following locations across the United States:
New York: The signing will take place at the Norwegian Consulate General, 825 Third Avenue (at 50th St), 38th floor, New York on Tuesday July 26th between 1PM and 3PM and Wednesday July 27th between 10AM and 12PM. To accommodate the public, the book of condolences will also be available for signing Thursday July 28th and Friday July 29th between 9AM and 4PM.
Washington D.C: The signing will take place at the Norwegian Chancery located at 2720 34th Street N.W. Washington, D.C. on Wednesday July 27th between 10am-12pm, and on Thursday July 28, 5pm-7pm.
Houston: The signing will take place at the Norwegian Consulate General, 3410 West Dallas Street, Houston on Tuesday July 26th between 1PM and 3PM and Wednesday July 27th between 10AM and 12PM.
San Francisco: The signing will take place at the Norwegian Consulate General, 20 California Street, 6th floor, San Francisco on Tuesday July 26th between 1PM and 3:30PM and Wednesday July 27th between 10AM and 1PM.
